Who is this journey designed for?
Women who value authentic cultural experiences and have the time to truly immerse themselves in them. You should be comfortable with gentle activities like walking through village streets and light hiking, but no special fitness is required.
Do I need to speak French?
Not at all. Angela and our hosts will facilitate all interactions, and part of the joy is experiencing how much communication happens beyond language - through food, art, and genuine human connection.
What if I'm traveling solo?
Perfect! Most of our participants are solo travellers who want the security of a small group with expert guidance. The château setting and women-focused format creates fast friendships and comfortable solo exploration.
How active are the daily activities?
Gently active. Think pleasant walks through villages, easy kayaking, optional cycling, and exploring châteaux. We include yoga and relaxation time, and there's always flexibility for different energy levels.
What's the accommodation like?
You'll stay in our enchanting 16th-century château with period charm and modern comfort. Rooms are generously sized with seating areas, mix of en-suite and shared facilities. Maximum 10 guests ensures intimate, personal experience.
