Here’s how our referral thank-you works:

If someone you refer books and attends a stay or retreat of five or more days, you’ll receive a €100 voucher for use toward a future Manor & Maker stay or shop purchase.

Your friend will receive the Welcome Package (read on!) upon arrival.

If your referral cancels, no rewards are issued.
If a cancellation comes from our side, you’ll still receive your voucher!

Eligibility
The loyalty and referral program is open to all guests who book directly with Manor & Maker. Program perks apply only to completed stays and are non-transferable unless otherwise noted.

Welcome Package
Returning BnB guests receive a complimentary Welcome Package, which includes a signed illustration, sewn items such as a lavender sachet, and thank-you card. Contents may vary based on availability. This is offered once per returning guest, and may also be included at the discretion of a retreat facilitator.

Manor & Maker Gift Basket
This premium basket (approximate value €50) includes artisan soap, a Manor & Maker mug, and other seasonal items. It is included in select all-inclusive retreats or may be offered as an add-on by facilitators. Contents may vary based on availability.
Patreon Discounts
Patreon discounts apply to B&B bookings only.

Patreon members in good standing receive a 5%, 10%, or 15% discount on B&B lodging, depending on their tier.

Discounts are not valid on retreat bookings, retreat tuition, or third-party services.

Discounts apply only to direct bookings made through manorandmaker.com.

The Welcome Package is included with a patron's first B&B stay. The Gift Basket is included only if attending a qualifying retreat.
Referral Program
How it works:
If you refer someone who books and completes a stay of five nights or more (including any retreat), you’ll receive a thank-you voucher after their visit.

The referred guest receives a Welcome Package upon arrival.

If the referred guest cancels, no voucher is issued.

If Manor & Maker cancels (e.g., postpones a retreat), the referrer still receives the voucher.
Voucher Details:

Vouchers do not expire.

Vouchers are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

Vouchers may be used toward any Manor & Maker offering:

Retreats
-
Digital or physical shop

Patreon membership (credited manually)

Referral Conditions:

Minimum stay length: 5 nights.

Applies to retreats or extended B&B stays—not short weekend visits.

Referrals must be new guests, and the referrer must notify us at the time of booking.

One voucher per eligible referred guest. No self-referrals allowed.
General Terms

Vouchers may be combined with other promotions or discounts.

Manor & Maker reserves the right to adjust the loyalty program and its terms to ensure sustainability.
