• Payments are non-refundable.

• Buy "cancel for any reason" travel insurance to protect your investment.

• Air transportation and related activities, transportation to and from the Venue are not included in the Activity cost.

• The chateau is more of a guesthouse experience as opposed to a full-service hotel.

• We don't have TVs or air conditioners (but will provide alternatives for your comfort).

• No smoking or vaping in the house.

• You must be in good physical and mental health. Please manage your own health, and disclose to the hosts any information that could help them provide excellent care if needed.

• Let us know if you do not want your image used in our promotional materials.

• We have one <15kg terrier dog on site.

• You may hear military aircraft in the area.

• In case of dispute, let us know first, then disputes are resolved using French laws.
