Creativity for Well-Being

As kids, it feels like we're inventing everything, and our days are full of creative activities. We make 'music' from anything, invent new games or play make-believe with toys, and want all the colourful crayons for our colouring book. As teens, we still get the chance with high-school electives or extra-curriculars like art, band, or media studies. However, as we get older, creativity is sometimes crowded out by repetitive obligatory tasks of jobs, chores and even our beloved families & friends.
